New Boxerfit Class Added to Schedule A Boxerfit specialty class has been added to the schedule. The classes will be held in the second floor studio on Mondays at 12:00 PM and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM beginning March 17th and require registration. Clients have the option of signing up for one or two classes per week. Boxerfit is one of the most effective forms of cross-training. The class is an energetic overall body workout, combining aerobic and anaerobic activity through punching bag, jump rope, and abdominal exercises. Boxerfit training targets tone, strength and flexibility in all major muscle groups. Just give us a call at (734) 665-2156 or email us and we'll get you set up. You can also find the complete class schedule here. Hip Hop Class Added to Schedule Hip-Hop is back. We've added a Hip Hop specialty class to the schedule. The class will be held in the second floor studio on Fridays at 2:30 PM and requires registration. The Hip Hop class provides a great cardiovascular workout by teaching both basic funk and Hip Hop dance moves. Hip Hop is appropriate for all fitness and dance levels. New Sound System Up and Running A new sound system has been installed at Vie. The improved audio set-up was the final, major piece of Vie's recent expansion and rennovation. The first floor studio has been outfitted with a professional audio rack and personal headset jacks for each Spinning cycle. Clients can bring in their own headset or borrow one of three different headset styles from Vie. Every Spinning station allows the client to control the volume to their own headsets. New Nail Technician at Vie Julie Draper has joined Vie as the Nail Technician overseeing manicure and pedicure services. Julia comes to Vie with experience from both Paul Mitchell and Aveda. "I'm thrilled to have Julia join us," said Heather. "She brings a great deal of talent and positive energy to Vie. It's a joy having her with us in the spa."
