A Message from Heather:
We're Hosting a Wedding!

A Message from Heather: We're Hosting a Wedding!
I’m excited to announce that Vie is hosting our first wedding!  A lovely couple has chosen to use our space for their big day, coming up at the end of August.

We will transform Vie into a beautiful wedding venue with white tablecloths, flowers, low lights and candles.  The bride will walk down our glass staircase in her wedding gown to meet her groom, and with all the Spinning bikes magically removed, they will get married in the downstairs studio.   Guests will mingle upstairs and down, enjoying food, wine and dancing.

With natural light, soothing colors and a great location, Vie is perfect for hosting a party, and our staff is excellent at making sure everything is perfect.  We even have an event planner to make sure that every detail is taken care of.  Vie can provide the catering, rentals, music, flowers, bartenders and servers.  Guests may provide their own beer and wine, and we do the rest.  We love a good party, so keep us in mind for your special events.

Congratulations to the wonderful couple– we are honored to be a part of their wedding day!

Heather

Reserve Your Healthy Lunch Today
If you’ve got a goal to eat more healthfully (and who doesn't?) let us take the guess work out of what to have for lunch.  We make delicious, healthy salads and wrap sandwiches under the guidance of our nutritionist, Lara Kross, to keep calories low and nutrition high.

Fresh greens and veggies with tuna, chicken or shrimp are a regular lunch entrée, along with our Anti-Oxidant Salad with fresh berries, nuts and goat cheese.  We also make a Greek Salad and a Southwest Salad with black beans, roasted corn and an avocado dressing.  All of our salad dressings are homemade and naturally low in fat and calories.

We’ve also started making wrap sandwiches!  Right now we’re making a chicken/hummus and a tuna/veggi wrap, rolled in a whole grain tortilla.  Salads are typically $12.00 and wraps are $8.00.

Our selections change daily.  If you’re interested on what’s on our menu, please email Heather at heather@viefit.com and tell her you’d like to be on our Vie Lunch email list.  We will send you a morning note letting you know what we have, and you can even call to reserve one ahead.  Don’t have time to park?  Call us when you pull up and we’ll run your lunch out for you.  Now that’s service!

Five-Year Anniversary Special of the Month:  Free Smoothie with Spa Service
Pamper yourself this month with a relaxing facial, invigorating massage or soothing pedicure, and we’ll add a complimentary smoothie!

Magda, our facialist, will help you decide which facial is best, depending on your skin type.  She uses Eminence products, made from pure, natural fruit and vegetable extracts.  They feel and smell delicious and do wonderful things for your skin.  If you’d rather have a massage, let Karen, Isaac or Gillian ease your muscles with a Hot Stone or Deep Tissue massage.  If you love pedicures, sit in our massage chair and let Lisa do her magic to make your feet look and feel better than ever.

Choose one of these services, and we’ll have your complimentary smoothie ready to go whenever you are!

Bring a Friend to Your Work Out
Invite a friend to your “home away from home” and have them join you in a training session this month.  Show your friend how hard you work out and maybe it will entice them to do the same.  If your friend decides to purchase a Personal Training package, we’ll give you a $50.00 Vie credit!

There is no extra charge for the doubles training, but please only one visit per friend.  Let us know ahead of time that you will bring a friend so your trainer can put together a productive, fun work out for both of you!
