Message From Heather: Book Your Holiday Party at Vie!
If you’re looking for a truly unique place to book a holiday party (or any party) why not consider your “home away from home?” Vie is a great venue for parties! We turn our juice bar into a beer and wine bar where the hosts can bring their own, making holiday spirits much more affordable than a restaurant.
Our events coordinator, Susan, makes planning your party effortless. We can take care of food, live jazz, table and chair rentals, linens, flowers and candles. Our friendly, smiling staff works throughout the evening serving food and drinks, and provides full set-up and clean-up. We go out of our way to transform Vie from a gym and spa to the freshest, most unique party venue in town.
To inquire about having a party at Vie, please contact Susan at susan.todoroff@viefit.com.

This lunch is 394 calories with 39 grams of protein, 13 grams of fat and 38 grams of carbs. Get on our lunch email list to get the lunch of the day by emailing Heather at heather@viefit.com. If you call ahead, we’ll even run lunch out to your car, making parking a non-issue!

It’s a special treat, but it could be much worse. Use good-quality dark chocolate and toasted almonds for the best flavor, and keep your serving size in check – about 1 ounce should satisfy!
3/4 cup chopped toasted almonds (about 4 ounces)
1/3 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine almonds, cherries and ginger in medium bowl.
3. Melt chocolate in microwave, or in a bowl placed over a simmering pot of water.
4. Add chocolate to almond mixture, stirring until just combined.
5. Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with foil, and freeze one hour.
6. Break into pieces and serve. Makes about 12 ounces.
