Welcome to Vie Fitness & Spa!

When I moved here from Vancouver in 2002 I had a vision of creating a place that inspired me everyday. I wanted to create a gym that was not really a gym, but a third place that brings together soaring architectural and interior design elements, with a holistic set of invigorating services: drop-in for a personal training session or fitness class, freshen up with complimentary Pure Fiji shower products, and slip into a robe for a massage and pedicure, followed by a bit of lounging at the raw juice bar.

Inside Vie I wanted a focus on five-star customer service and professionalism. We love going out of our way to “wow” our clients with smart, educated trainers, the cutting-edge of new, inspiring classes, and personal attention to details. Our personal trainers are employees, not sub-contractors, and are exclusive to Vie, regularly attending educational workshops and working with our physical therapists to create focused, safe training customized for each client. In essence, we aim to be the best at what we do, and serve as Ann Arbor’s resource for balanced, healthy living.

Finally, it was important to me to make Vie accessible to all. Vie is an a la carte studio – you only pay for what you want, when you want it, with no membership or initiation fees. I invite you to experience what Vie has to offer—just walk in anytime!
